Kathryn Leah Payne is a New Zealand based fashion designer who has built a reputation for creating beautiful and original clothing, accessories and jewellery.

Using a combination of traditional and contemporary techniques with a strong focus on handcrafted detailing and innovative design, her pieces are cleverly detailed, feminine and most of all beautifully made.

Bound by impeccable tailoring and workmanship, many of her designs are still lovingly crafted in house from hand selected materials and leather.

A forward thinker who is inspired by everything from historical costume and culture to contemporary design, art and architecture. Kathryn blends these diverse influences in a timeless, elegant and sophisticated manner.

After graduating with an advanced diploma in Fashion Technology and Design she honed her skills working for designers in London before returning home to begin her eponymous label.

Her debut at New Zealand Fashion Week 2010 saw Kathryn Leah Payne begin creating ripples across New Zealand and further afield.
